Cancellation Policy
Clients who fail to show up to their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Future appointments will not be accepted until the balance is paid in full.
⏰ Late Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a 50% service fee.
This fee must be paid before rebooking.
The card on file WILL be charged the service fee & must be paid before rebooking
